No two businesses are the same, and one size does not fit all. This always makes standard pricing a challenge.

However, I know from experience how frustrating it is when you are searching online for a guide price, but often have to provide lots of personal information just to get a quote.

At Direct Risk Solutions, we want our pricing to be easy to access, and easy to understand.

So here goes;

Our most popular “Starter or Review” package (small business up to 15 employees) includes all of the following;

Provision of a company "tailor made" Health and Safety policy.
Provision of a "tailor made" Fire Safety Policy (please note this is not a Fire Risk Assessment – see below for further information).
Provision of a "tailor made" Emergency Evacuation Policy and advice on Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs).

Provision of essential Risk Assessments (General) x five and if required up to two high risk specific Assessments (i.e. Forklift truck use).

Provision (if required) of up to two Method Statements for high-risk specific activities (ie. Working at Height).

Provision of Dangerous Substances and Explosives Atmosphere Regulations (DSEAR) assessment (if applicable).

Implementation and advice on minor Accident reporting and reporting of more significant accidents. (RIDDOR).

Assessment and advice on First Aid requirements (e.g. First aid kit contents and locations).

Assistance and advice on required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Assistance and advice on Manual handling.

Assistance and advice on Fire Safety and firefighting equipment.

Provision of assessment checklist for all Display Screen Equipment (DSE) users.

Assistance and advice on any Hazardous substances used or stored (COSHH).

Provision of “Induction Training” documents and advice on other essential training required. (e.g. First aid and Fire).

Assessment and advice on Welfare Arrangements.

Price £995* + vat

In addition, the above also includes;

Initial onsite visit.
Preparation of all required documents.
Revisit within 3 months of production of documents to discuss/assist with any “action plan”.

**The above price does not include a specific and designated Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Policy. This is due to the complexity and additional time needed to complete (we often must make an additional visit to site). The completion of a Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Policy is a legal requirement however, and if required we can include in the package for an additional £425.00 + vat.

*The price shown is for small businesses within West Yorkshire with up to 15 employees.

There will be small incremental increases in price for larger businesses and/or businesses located outside of West Yorkshire.

For any other services, I offer a FREE initial onsite consultation visit. I then provide a quote which will include detail of all work and documentation provided.

Once you are up and running, my monthly subscription “advice and support” package is just £90.00 (+vat) per month. This includes unlimited telephone advice and support, and an annual review audit of your Health and Safety practices (stand alone price £595.00).
